Jodie
Jodie founded Bright Horizon Services with the goal of creating a supportive, respectful environment where individuals feel heard, valued and empowered. Her vision is centred on delivering support that is flexible, responsive, and tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Jodie is deeply committed to leading with compassion and integrity, and to building a team that genuinely cares about the people they support. Through high-quality service and strong relationships, she strives to ensure every individual feels supported to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. .

Admin
Sophee
Sophee supports the team through administrative coordination and day-to-day organisation. She has experience in admin roles and enjoys creating structure and clarity behind the scenes. Sophee takes pride in supporting the wider team so they can focus on delivering quality care. Outside of work, Sophee is passionate about books, film, and music.

Support Worker
Jackie
Jackie has been working in disability support for almost two years and is deeply passionate about the work she does. The patience, compassion, and resilience she developed through raising her family are the same qualities she brings into her role everyday. She has experience supporting clients with high needs across a range of disabilities and provides thoughtful, respectful, person-centred support. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family and home-design.

JC
JC brings over 6 years' experience in aged care and two and a half years in disability support, including supporting clients living with dementia. He brings strong skills in person-centred care, communication, patience, and behavioural support, and is deeply passionate about helping others. Outside of work, JC enjoys fitness, spending time with family and friends, and gaming.

Kerri
Kerri has been working as a disability support worker since 2021 and holds a Certificate lll in Individual Support. She has experience supporting clients with mental health needs, ASD, Down syndrome, aged care, and personal care. Kerri is passionate about her work and finds genuine fulfillment in supporting clients to achieve their goals and build independence. Outside of work, she enjoys walks along the beach, visiting friends and family, and spending time with her husband and sons.

Patrina
With over 45 years of experience in the nursing industry, Patrina has worked extensively across aged care in hospitals, nursing homes, and community care settings. Her community care experience includes supporting people with disabilities to live independently within the community. Supporting the elderly and individuals with disabilities has always been her passion, shaped by values instilled from a young age around respect, dignity, and compassion for others. Outside of work, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, knitting, and home renovations.

Helen holds a Certificate in Indivdual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) and has over six years experience in the industry, a role she has thoroughly enjoyed. She is passionate about supporting others and bringing a positive, caring approach to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, spending time with her family, watching Netflix, and making the most of life.
