Bright Horizon services promote confidence, support independence, and make every outing–whether for daily needs or social connection–a step toward greater inclusion and a rich quality of life.

What is Community Access?
Community Access is a form of NDIS-funded support that helps people with disabilities take part in everyday life outside the home. It’s all about supporting individuals to get involved, feel connected, and enjoy activities that bring them purpose and joy.

This support focuses on building socialisation and real-world skills, boosting confidence, and creating opportunities to form friendships and interact within parts of the community — all while working towards personal goals in a way that feels right for each person.

About Transport Services
Transport services are available to help clients get to and from activities, appointments, and other destinations as part of their NDIS plan. Transport can support access to:
-
Work or education
-
Medical and health-related appointments
-
Community centres, social events, or functions
-
Shopping or personal errands
Transport support ensures that clients can travel safely and reliably, allowing them to stay connected and involved in their community.
